Pickstock Construction has constructed a mixed use scheme at 155 Gray’s Inn Road in London. The site which is owned by The Pickstock Group has been developed to provide high quality apartments and office space.
Formally a brownfield site in the heart of central London, J-Ross Developments Ltd, one of The Pickstock Group’s property development companies brought the site to fruition through an innovative and contemporary design, overcoming the complex issues which surrounded the development.
Pickstock Construction has constructed nine residential units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments spanning 0.111 hectares (0.274 acres) of the site. All have been finished to a high specification featuring open plan living spaces, large bedrooms, sky lights and private landscaped communal gardens. On the ground floor the development has a modern office suite spanning 300m² (3230 sq.ft) which The Pickstock Group has occupied as their London office.
